Sunflower Fatty Acid

Sun flower fatty acids are used for the obtaining of alkyd resins, through their condensation with glycerin and phthalic acid, in the formulation of paints and varnishes. Sun flower fatty acids has less lenolenic acid than soya fatty acids, there so its less in yellowing than soya.

Vegetable Oil Fatty Acid

Vegetable Oil Fatty Acid is based on Canola and Rapeseed Oil, hence a Vegetable Oil based fatty acid. Fatty acids have a variety of applications. The largest uses  traditionally have been in coatings, primarily alkyd resins. Can also be used in Lubricants, etc, Vegetable Oil Fatty Acid is widely used by alkyd manufacturers for air drying long oil alkyds, Medium Oil and Short Oil, across the globe.

Stearic Acid

Description : Stearic Acid is a typical example of a fatty acid, which are essentially long hydrocarbon chains containing a carboxyl group at one end and a methyl group at the other. The chain lengths can vary from 3 (propionic acid) to 24 (lignoceric acid) but the majority of fatty acids found in hydrogenated vegetable or animal oils are around C16-C20 in length.

Applications:

• Used for softening rubber
• Used as lubricants during pressing of ceramic powders
• Used for making candles, plastics
• Used in cosmetic products
• Used as hardener in candies
• Soaps and detergents
• used as a release agents

Soap Noodles

Description : Soap Noodles constitute the very basic form of soap.  Manufacturers are able to buy basic soap noodles, then add pigments, fragrances and other components to create their own brand of soap. Once this has been accomplished, the soap is moulded and pressed into its final shape, stamped with the brand and packaged.

Applications:: Soap noodles for uses in production of superior quality soap bars, cosmetics and high gloss.

Soya Acid Oil

Description : This product is called Soya Acid Oil, or “acid oil”.  This oil is valuable for its fatty acid component and it is a high feed ingredient energy source. 







Applications :

• The fatty acid component of acid oil is valued as a feedstock for soaps, distillation and purification and other industrial uses, including mining and oil-field related industries.
