Pigments
Titanium Dioxide
Our Tio2 has a low oil absorption, medium durable alumina treated Rutile Titanium Dioxide pigment produced by the chloride process. It has high gloss producing properties for interior trade sale paints and industrial coatings. It exhibits high brightness excellent tint strength in gloss and semi-gloss enamels.

Inorganic Pigments
Oxides
Iron oxide pigment inorganic iron oxide pigments are chemically inert and stable in all weather conditions. They are safe, non-toxic colours with excellent resistance to UV radiation, fading and leaching, and are virtually maintenance-free.
The flow properties and easy applicability of Iron oxide pigment gains higher importance given the availability of trade paints not only as solvent-based formulations but also as water-based paints of comparable quality. Established products such as SunferroxTM iron oxide and chrome oxide pigments have high colour strength and because of their excellent light-fastness, are both durable and reliable.
Use of Iron oxide pigment in industrial coatings, which are high-grade systems, is applicable to just about any kind of commodity article. Iron oxide pigment is compatible with a wide variety of materials available to produce commodity articles, which in most cases are finished with a surface coating to protect and preserve their value and/or to make them look more attractive. In addition, Iron oxide pigment is available in special grades that are used in applications such as coil coatings, marine paints, automotive paints and require high heat-stability.
Chromes
The most important chromate pigments include the lead chromate (chrome yellow) and lead molybdate pigments (molybate orange & molybdate red) whose colors rang from light lemon yellow to reds with a blue hun. Chrome yellow, molybdate orange, and molybdate red are used in the production of paints, coatings, and plastics, and are characterized by brilliant hues, good tinting strength. And good hiding power.
Special treatment of the pigments has permitted continuous improvement of their resistance to light, weathering, chemicals, and temperature.
Anti-Corrosive Pigments
Zinc phosphate
It is compatible with a vide variety of media including alkyds epoxy esters, chlorinated rubber, polyurethane etc. Though the exact mechanism is not thoroughly understood, it is probable that, due to its slight solubility Zinc Phosphate reacts by polarizing both anodic and cathodic areas. The Pigment also physically prevents passage of water and salts. Thus the corrosion resistance characteristics of Zinc Phosphate Pigment factors.

In contrast with the majority of red lead primers which are formulated in slow drying oils, it is now possible to formulate a 2-hour overcoatable paint based on Zinc Phosphate, without detriment to its anti-corrosive properties.
